Because there was inflammation in the tip and dorsum, the Gore-Tex was removed, the scar tissue in the tip was excised, and tip plasty was then performed with septal cartilage.
After surgery, the redness disappeared and the dorsal line became straight.
With the scar tissue removed, the nose also looks much slimmer.
