service / Lifting
We examine drooping brows and forehead wrinkles with an endoscope
and lift with the aim of a soft, open look.
Why Lisoom
As aging progresses, the skin of the forehead and around the eyes becomes thinner, wrinkles deepen with repeated use of the facial expression muscles, and the supporting structures that hold the area around the eyes in place loosen, causing the brows and eyelids to droop.
The lower the brows droop, the shorter the distance between the eyes and brows becomes, creating a heavy look.
A forehead and brow lift is a surgery that raises brows and eyelids that have drooped with age and smooths forehead wrinkles, turning a heavy look into a brighter, more open one.
The key to an endoscopic brow lift is lifting drooping brows and the forehead to turn a heavy look into a brighter, more open one.

Surgery Overview
Column
If your forehead tenses when you open your eyes, the position of the eyebrows, the upper eyelid skin, and the function that lifts the eyelid should be examined together. See the examination criteria used to decide which area to correct. This article is general medical information and does not replace an individual diagnosis or treatment. Surgical results and recovery vary from person to person, and complications can occur. Before surgery, please have your attending medical team explain the expected results, limitations, and risks.

OUR PRINCIPLE
We diagnose the cause of sagging and lift naturally with an endoscope.
Diagnosing the Cause
We first diagnose whether the sagging originates from the forehead and brows or from the eyelids, then select the appropriate surgery.
Muscle & Structure Correction
We address the muscles that pull the brows down and the supporting structures so that the forehead lifts naturally.
Quick Recovery
The endoscopic approach allows quick recovery and a safe procedure.
The four muscles that pull the brows down (the corrugator supercilii, the depressor supercilii (DSM), the procerus, and the medial portion of the orbicularis oculi) are released, and the structures that anchor the forehead skin to the brow bone (periosteum and ligaments) are dissected, so that the forehead lifts naturally through the pull of the muscle that raises it (the frontalis).
Recovery is quick and the procedure is safe, the procedure time is short at about 1 hour, and the incision marks are short (about 1 cm) and vertical, so they are not easily noticeable.
