Why Lisoom
Re2O (Elravie Re2O) is a dermal booster that directly replenishes human-derived ECM (extracellular matrix) components.
Factors that trigger immune reactions are removed from human acellular dermal matrix (hADM), while dermal structural proteins such as collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) are left intact and injected into the dermis, so its mechanism of action differs from that of PN (Rejuran) or PDLLA (Juvelook).
As an ECM-based booster that replenishes the dermal structure itself, its results settle in gradually, and it is usually given as a series of 3-4 sessions spaced about 1 month apart. Results vary between individuals.
DESIGN PRINCIPLE
It directly replenishes the structural proteins of the dermis, including 89% collagen + elastin + glycosaminoglycans (GAGs). Rather than stimulating collagen production as PN or PDLLA do, it fills in the structure itself, so the mechanism of action is different.
The product is distributed densely across the entire face through multilayer injection into the dermis. Rather than concentrating on one area, wide-area distribution is used to fill in the dermal structure. The distribution sites are adjusted according to the area and goal.
To reduce pain during treatment, a topical numbing cream, local anesthesia, a vibration device, and other measures are used together. We explain that the term "painless" does not mean there is no pain at all but that the treatment is less painful than a typical booster treatment.
For a first course, a series of 3-4 sessions spaced about one month apart is recommended. A major change is difficult to expect from 1 session; the recovery of dermal structure settles in as sessions accumulate. Subsequent maintenance treatments are decided during the consultation according to each person's skin condition.

We look at skin thickness, elasticity, and the degree to which recovery of dermal structure is needed, and decide during the consultation whether Re2O is suitable.

A topical numbing cream, local anesthesia, and a vibration device are applied together to reduce pain during treatment.
