Revision Surgery (Visible Silicone..)
The silicone on the dorsum was thin and its outline was visible, giving an unnatural look.
After the silicone implant was removed, tip plasty was performed with septal cartilage, and an implant was placed in only part of the dorsum to raise it.
Overall, the implant is no longer noticeable and the nostrils are straight, so the nose looks natural.
There is no longer any concern about revision surgery, permanently.
