A 29-year-old woman with no particular memory of injury and no history of surgery, whose nose was deviated in a reverse "C" shape, with a hump, an indistinct dorsal contour, and a drooping tip.
Septal surgery, a spreader graft, nasal bone osteotomy, tip plasty, hump resection, and other procedures were performed.
The dorsal line became distinct and straight, and the angle improved considerably.
