Wide, Irregular Dorsum with a Low, Bulbous Tip
Tip plasty with septal cartilage raised and defined the tip; on the dorsum, the hump was slightly trimmed and lateral osteotomy was performed to narrow it, which also raised its height naturally. Temporalis fascia was placed in the glabella to raise it, so the entire surgery was performed using autologous tissue alone.
