Short Nose with a Low, Bulbous Tip...
Through consultation, it was decided to leave the bridge height as it was and to make the tip refined and well defined.
To do so, the upper portion of the tip cartilages was removed, a strut was set up with septal cartilage, and an extension graft was also placed to lengthen the nose.
Finally, septal cartilage shaped like a shield was applied to the tip to raise it.
