Revision Double Eyelid Surgery (Asymmetric Crease Correction) Case

This patient had double eyelid surgery 30 years ago.
However, even after so many years, marked surgical scarring remains,
and the crease of the left eye is too high, making the two creases uneven.
The patient also reported considerable fatigue when opening the eyes, and that the two eyes opened to different degrees and in different shapes.
Because of apprehension about surgery, the patient wanted to operate only on the left side, where the crease had set high,
so we performed surgery to correct the left crease.
