Why the Nose Becomes Crooked After Rhinoplasty and How It Is Corrected

After rhinoplasty,
the septum, tip, and columella sometimes become crooked together.
Today, on its causes
and methods of correction,
we present a case study.

This patient had already undergone two rhinoplasties through an open approach.
(From the patient's own perspective) the tip is slightly bent to the right,
and the dorsum can also be seen to curve in a C shape rather than run straight.
