Three years ago, Mandibular body augmentation with prosthesis(Hydroxyapatite of chemical bone) &  

zygoma reduction

=> infection, Lt. side mandibular body

=> Irrigation and Antibiotics

Two years ago, chin augmentation with silicone implant

=> infection

=> removed 1 month later

1 year ago, scar excision and chin lift operation at other country

Five times of operation for the chin during 3 years,

Before : 

Relaxed position of lip. => Exposed lower teeth.

Lip eversion.

After   

Lower teeth are not exposed.

Lip is elevated in natural position and shape.

Lower lip eversion was corrected.

No more dimple and contraction of chin after operation.

Elevated lower lip and no strain of chin after operation.

Everted lower lip was elevated.

Ptotic chin was elelvated.

No strain and No dimple on the chin after operation.

Double contoured submental area become straight and smooth.

Everted lower lip was elevated.

No strain and smooth chin after operation.
